Art Submission Policy
Please read ALL of the rules here. If you fail to abide to any of the rules your art will be denied
Send a note with a link with the link to the deviation you wish to be submited
Notes to submit art must be entitled "Submit" so I can quickly discern the art submissions from "Join" notes.
Since this is a new club, there is no limit to the amount of art that you are allowed to submit.
But please be reasonable. I dont want to have 15 deviations from the same person at once.
Since I have no art to submit yet, I will submit the deviations as they come. If at all I get backed up please bear with me as I will do them as they are submited.
Please do not send me the same deviation more than once!
It is up to you to keep track of what deviations you send to me!

Rules for #Adventure
Be considerate of others in the chatroom. Try to avoid excessive profanity. Do not use racist slurs, derogatory remarks reguarding peoples religions and beliefs, insults towards gender or sexual preferences, and nasty remarks in general aimed to hurt others. Breaking these rules and disrupting the peace of the chat will result in a kick or ban depending on the severity of your actions.
Don't spam, meaning no shouting (using all caps), or flooding the room with repetitive text or images. This is grounds for being exiled.
Be respectful to others, meaning no insulting, fighting, or rude remarks towards members or their artwork. Critiques on art must be constructive, not hurtful. Also don't assume everyone shares the same interest as you, don't insult anyone's interests if you dislike them, and don't try to push your beliefs onto anyone.
Be aware that debates can lead to arguments. If you persist with a topic that starts arguments in the chat you can be warned and kicked out. Freedom of speech is great, only if it keeps the peace!
Talk about politics/religion/economic or social issues is forbidden in the chatroom unless it relates to art or DA in some way. Such topics almost always cause heated debates, leading to arguments. So when in doubt, don't!
You may post unlimited amounts of thumbnails with no time constraints between posting, however you may not flood the room with multiple thumbs of the same piece of artwork. This is not to say you cannot post the same piece more than once, just be aware of the no spamming rule. Also keep in mind that if people in the chat are having conversations, let them know you wish to post thumbs. It's rude to cut people off with thumbnails without forewarning.
To post thumbnails in the chat you have to open a deviation from your gallery. The last part of the url will be /view/(a number)/ or /deviation/(a number)/. Simply copy the number you see, then in the chatroom type :thumb(# goes here): Example: If the URL of your deviation is :www.otaku1811.deviantart.com/deviation/12345678/, you take the number 12345678, and you put it in like this: :thumb12345678:
No posting of pornography or anything that would not be allowed on DA in the chatroom. This means you cannot post mature pictures or send links to sites that may contain harmful material for younger members. However, you can send deviations that are labeled mature, such as artistic nude.
No illegal activities are allowed in the chatroom, such as hacking, selling pornography, etc. If it's not allowed on DA, it's not allowed here.
When To Kick, When To Ban
If any of the rules are broken in the chatroom, you are required to take appropriate action. Whether or not to kick or ban depends on the severity of the action. If something minor occurs, you are to give warning to the person responsible and let them know what they are in violation of. Never kick or ban without trying to work out problems first.
If there are people who pop into the room, post links, thumbs, icons, or anything else and then leave, ban them only if it occurs frequently. This is a violation of the no spam rule and it disrupts the peace of the chat.
If any guests or members start a fight, be it over difference of opinion or otherwise, try talking to them and calming everyone down. If the person does not want to cooperate, warn them. If they persist, kick them. If they return and wish to do more harm, ban them.
If anyone throws out insults in the chat aimed to hurt others, automatically kick them. They are in violation of the respect policy.
